Currently known issues

We have identified some issues listed below and are currently considering addressing these issues in a future update.

Known issues as of March 6, 2026:
This article will be updated when major issues has been confirmed.

Issues addressed in Ver.1.041.02.00:

• When trying to select Mutated Armament to meld relics at the Melding Pot, an error stating that the player cannot hold the item any more is displayed under certain conditions

Issues addressed in Ver.1.041.01.00:

• An issue where equipment could be transcended before unlocking the transcendent armor upgrade feature under certain conditions
• The game may crash during cutscenes when equipped with certain armor or layered armor that has special visual effects

*You must close the game to apply the fix. Please ensure you restart the game after updating to to the latest version. (This can be confirmed at the title screen.)
